GridTradeLab · Grid trading research, calculation & validation

Grid Trading Calculator

Do the math before you grid. Enter a price range, number of grids and capital to check each buy level, sell level, fee and net profit — turning every parameter from a guess into a comparable number.

GridTradeLab is a research-oriented toolkit for grid traders: calculation → stress test → backtest → optimization, built step by step with transparent data and methods.

What this calculator answers

From calculation to validation

A closed research loop: calculator → stress test → backtest → optimizer → strategy comparison — the whole chain is live.

Live

Grid Trading Calculator

Per-grid calculation of grids, spacing, capital and fees, with net profit and annualized estimate.

Live

Grid Generator

Generate the full buy/sell price table and export to CSV / Excel.

Live

Range Stress Test

Multi-scenario simulation of capital usage and floating loss when price leaves the range.

Live

Historical Backtest

Validate grid performance and max drawdown day by day over past prices (pasted or demo data).

Live

Parameter Optimizer

Compare grid counts across historical performance (historical only).

Live

Strategy Comparison

Historical comparison of arithmetic vs geometric grids vs buy-and-hold baseline.

All 56 tools are live (38 library tools covering base / profit / risk / strategy / generation & backtest, plus 18 coin-zone tools) in both Chinese and English; backtest results reflect historical performance only.

Explore grid zones by coin

ETH / BTC / SOL / XRP zones preset ranges and grids for each coin's price scale, with profit, backtest and risk tools.

Method & the author

GridTradeLab centers on data, formulas, backtests, stress tests and reproducible methods — not vague market calls or return promises.

Every tool documents its formulas, assumptions and limits: theoretical values are for comparison, backtests are labeled as historical, and no returns are guaranteed.

FAQ

How is GridTradeLab related to exchanges and grid bots?

GridTradeLab is an independent research and calculation platform. It is not an exchange, does not hold user funds and does not execute trades for you. If you want automated execution, evaluate quant execution tools on your own.

Is the calculator free? Do you store my data?

All calculators are free. Ordinary calculations run entirely in your browser — inputs are not sent to a server and no login is needed.

Why do you separate theoretical profit from net profit?

Simple tools show one theoretical number that easily overstates real returns. This site factors fees into calculations by default, clearly separates gross from net profit, and states the assumptions behind backtests and estimates.

Why is the homepage built around the Grid Trading Calculator?

Calculation is the entry point of the whole research chain: first turn parameters into comparable numbers, then stress-test and backtest them. The title and H1 match the primary search intent so traders can start immediately.
