Grid Generator
Direct answer
The Grid Generator turns a price range into a complete arithmetic per-grid buy/sell table — each grid's buy and sell price, step, capital and fee-adjusted net profit — with CSV and Excel export for reviewing an order plan.
The Grid Generator expands a price range into a complete, review-ready per-grid buy/sell table: enter the lower bound, upper bound, grid count, capital and fee to get each grid's buy/sell price, step, per-grid capital and gross/net profit — with CSV and Excel export.
Its value is deliverability: parameters become a finished sheet you can open in a spreadsheet, print and check order by order.

Key data & facts
- Price levels (arithmetic)
- Level(i) = Lower + (Upper − Lower) × i ÷ GridsGrid i buys at Level(i), sells at Level(i+1)
- Capital per grid
- Capital ÷ Grids
- Net profit per grid
- sell proceeds − capital − buy fee − sell feeAssumes one full round trip per grid
- Example: 2500–3500, 50 grids
- Step = 20 USDT20 USDT capital per grid; last grid 3480→3500
What is the Grid Generator?
Listing dozens or hundreds of buy/sell prices by hand is slow and error-prone. The generator turns range, grids and fees into a structured sheet for review or further tooling.
Besides prices, each row shows capital used and fee-adjusted net profit, so grids that barely pay become obvious.
How to use it
- Enter lower, upper, grid count, capital and the one-side fee rate.
- Click Calculate to generate the full table and summary.
- Check first, last and middle levels against your order plan.
- Export CSV or Excel to keep the sheet for editing or upload.
Formulas
Level(i) = Lower + (Upper − Lower) × i ÷ GridCount Capital per grid = Capital ÷ Grids
i = 0…GridCount; grid i buys at Level(i) and sells at Level(i+1).
Net(i) = sell proceeds − capital − buy fee − sell fee
Worked example
Range 2500–3500, 50 grids, 1000 USDT at 0.05%: 50 rows from 2500→2520 (20 USDT per grid, 20 USDT capital) to 3480→3500.
The summary totals gross, round-trip fees and net. Export the rows to Excel as your order and review worksheet.
Practical tips
- Still verify exchange rules on the exported sheet. Tick size, minimum notional and price bands differ per exchange — a tidy level may still be rejected.
- Scan for inefficient rows. Rows near zero net mean the spacing is too tight; seeing it in the table beats guessing.
FAQ
What format is the Excel export?
SpreadsheetML (.xls), openable in Excel and WPS. CSV remains the most portable data format.
Why is net profit lower on some rows?
Levels near the upper bound buy at higher prices with thinner per-grid returns — the natural result of equal capital on arithmetic levels.
What is the maximum grid count?
1000 per run. Denser grids are rarely useful; check per-grid net with the main calculator first.
