Grid Annualized Return Calculator
Direct answer
The Grid Annualized Return Calculator converts net profit per round into monthly and annualized rates: enter net profit per round, capital and days per round to get the per-round, monthly and annualized return.
The Grid Annualized Return Calculator converts net profit per round into monthly and annualized figures: enter net profit per round, capital and days per round to get per-round, monthly and annualized rates.
Annualized is the most common way to compare grids fairly, but it rests on one assumption — days per round. Testing several day counts matters more than trusting a single number.

Key data & facts
- Annualized estimate
- RoundNet × 365 ÷ days per round
- Annualized rate
- annualized ÷ capital
- Basis
- Linear projectionNo compounding or losing periods; days per round is an assumption
- Example
- 6.8 USDT per round on 1000 USDT over 30 days0.68% per round, ≈8.3% annualized
- Pace sensitivity
- 15-day round → ≈16.5% annualizedDouble the 30-day pace
What is the Grid Annualized Return Calculator?
Per-round profit is the essence of a grid, but grids complete rounds at different paces, so comparing per-round figures is unfair. Annualizing normalizes everything to 365 days.
This tool assumes a fixed interval and scales linearly — in effect, “if the rhythm stays stable for a year, roughly this much”.
How to use it
- Enter the net profit of one complete round trip (get it from the main or profit calculator).
- Enter the capital used by that grid.
- Estimate the average days between rounds (e.g., 30).
- Click Calculate to see per-round, monthly and annualized rates.
Formulas
Annualized = RoundNet × 365 ÷ DaysPerRound AnnualizedRate = Annualized ÷ Capital
Worked example
6.8 USDT net per round on 1000 USDT capital with a 30-day rhythm: 0.68% per round, roughly 8.3% annualized (linear).
At a faster 15-day rhythm the annualized estimate doubles to about 16.5% — the number swings sharply with the rhythm assumption.
Practical tips
- Annualized is not guaranteed. It linearly extrapolates per-round profit × round count, with no guarantee of round count and no losing years built in.
- Read it next to drawdown. High annualized figures usually come with high capital usage and deep drawdowns; alone they flatter a strategy.
FAQ
Where does net profit per round come from?
From the main calculator or the grid profit calculator: set the range, grid count and fees, and use the per-round net figure it returns.
Why linear instead of 365 compounding?
This site's annualized convention is net per round × rounds per year (linear). For reinvested profit, use the compound calculator.
What if I cannot estimate days per round?
Run 15 / 30 / 60 days and look at the range. If the real rhythm sits between two values, the result does too.
